First Step: Center Self
Take a couple of deeeeep breaths and remind yourself that your well-being is worth it! When you're ready, complete the questionnaire to request a complimentary 15-minute consultation with me. If the vibe checks out during the consultation, we'll schedule your first intake session.
Second Step: Complimentary Consultation - Vibe Check
Consultations are brief, yet necessary because it allows us to discuss your concerns and therapy goals. Consultations also ensures that I’m the best fit to assist you with your mental health needs. You can request a consultation by clicking Book Now and completing the preliminary questions. After the consultation, if we decide to move forward, I'll send you a new client packet and consent forms via our paperless client portal. Prior to your first intake session, we kindly ask that you complete your new client information packet and consent form.
Third Step: Initial Intake Session - Getting to Know You
Intake session is all about getting to know you better. While it may feel a bit intrusive, it's designed to help me understand you and your needs. So share as much as you feel comfortable! After this session, you’ll have access to the Client Portal where you can request future appointments online. It’s scheduling that’s easy and convenient!
